Comprehensive Tax Preparation Service

The FBC Membership model provides comprehensive tax preparation and related accounting services to you year-round. This includes the preparation of your company return, your personal tax return, as well as your spouse’s tax return, tax planning, consultation and regular communications.

In addition, we use the FBC Cycle of Service which is designed to address your needs throughout all stages of your life and business. The FBC Cycle of Service includes: Planning, Tax Preparation, Consultation and Protection. Our unique tax planning approach aims to minimize taxes, maximize credits and protect your assets.

Initial Tax Review Service

When you join FBC, we analyze your previous years’ tax returns. This review includes your returns, notices of assessment, your existing business structure, and your personal and family tax situations. We then set up an appointment for an Initial Review of your tax situation to discuss your short and long-term goals.

Estate Planning Service

FBC Members often ask FBC to help them with their estate and retirement planning. For this reason, FBC set-up Harvest Estate Planning which is a separate division that focuses solely on such planning.

Estate planning consultation is included in the FBC Membership package and is provided at no extra charge. We encourage all Members to take advantage of Harvest's expertise in this area. It's to your benefit in many ways:

• We provide convenient, in-home service
• We have FBC Members' best interests at heart
• There is no extra charge for our advice and recommendations

Harvest will help with estate planning strategies so you can leave a legacy for your heirs and maintain family harmony. They will show you ways to reduce probate fees and ensure your business assets are protected from creditors.

Year-End Tax Planning Service

A year-end tax planning visit from FBC during the fall allows you to use a variety of strategies designed to put more money in your pocket during the current and future years. There is an extra fee for this service.

Record Keeping Service

If you require regular tax planning advice to increase your business management effectiveness, FBC offers PULSE™. This is an on-site bookkeeping and advisory service customized to the needs of your business. With PULSE™, you have a senior dedicated representative who is familiar with your business and tax planning needs. There is an extra fee for this service.

AdminPro™ Service

AdminPro^™ is an alternative to FBC’s PULSE^™ bookkeeping service.  With AdminPro^™, you simply forward your source information to us and we do the rest for you.  This includes the option of having FBC complete your bookkeeping, payroll information and remittance returns, as well as GST/HST/PST at a flat rate.  As many small businesses do not have the volume of work to justify a full time person this service is a cost effective solution.

Plus, you have secure access to your up-to-date records and reports online, 7/24.  Our online access uses the same security applications that major Canadian banks use for online banking so your information is always kept safe.
